I've supported many outsourcing engagements, from the bid cycle through transition and transformation. Challenges are common during such complex engagements but risks can be mitigate with the proper planning and preparation.
In my experience there's a handful of key issues that are so common, and so significant, they deserved to be called out in this post.
This is by no means a comprehensive list of all risks, but more of a "Top-4" from my personal experience.
