Provided technical leadership and support to the Networks and Unified Communications teams. Developed technical solutions with supporting Service Management models (ITIL). Drove technical and service management solutions through review and approval cycles, from engineering through CIO levels. Gained approvals for significant Architecture improvements, promoting use of Industry best-practice.
